Lynn Shelter Association
Lynn Shelter Association, Lynn, MA
This approximately 9,700 GSF ground floor gut renovation of two existing historic buildings - the Osmund Manor and the Liberty Building - provides much needed programming for the Lynn Shelter Association. The renovation accounts for full accessibility, new dorm facilities and bathrooms, multipurpose rooms that function as daytime enrichment and overflow shelter programming, kitchen and dining areas, office spaces, and a historically sensitive re-envisioning of the prominent exterior storefronts at each building.
